REGULATION OF THE HOLISTI INTERNET SITE. CO.UK
§1 General provisions
These Terms and Conditions specify the terms of use of the online store available at https://holisti.co.uk (hereinafter ‘Shop’).
The store is run by:

The Regulations are addressed to Consumers and Entrepreneurs using the Store.
§2 Definitions
Consumer – a natural person making purchases at the Store for purposes not directly related to business activity.
Entrepreneur – a natural, legal or organisational person purchasing within the framework of an economic activity.
Seller – the entity referred to in paragraph 1 (2).
Shop – online platform available at holisti.co.uk, through which the Customer can place orders.
Goods – Diet supplements offered by the Seller.
Sales contract – the contract for the sale of the Goods concluded at a distance between the Client and the Seller.
§3 Terms of use
You need a device with internet access and a browser that supports cookies to use the Store.
The customer is obliged to provide real data in the order form.
The Customer is prohibited from providing illegal content.
§4 Procurement
Orders are submitted via the Shop website.
The customer selects the product, adds it to the basket and then completes the order form.
After placing an order, the Customer receives an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the order.
The sales contract shall be concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller.
§5 Payments
The seller shall make available the following payment methods:
quick online payments
payment by payment card
traditional bank transfer to the Seller
Lack of payment within 3 working days results in cancellation of the order.
§6 Delivery
The delivery of Goods is carried out in Poland and other EU countries (unless otherwise indicated).
The seller shall make available the following delivery methods:
InPost Packages
Courier InPost/DPD/Royal Mail
Delivery costs are indicated in the basket before placing the order.
The delivery time is usually 3 working days.
§7 Withdrawal
The consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the Goods.
To withdraw, please send a statement to your e-mail address: zwroty@holisti.co.uk
The goods shall be returned no later than 14 days after the date of the declaration, the goods shall not be opened.
The consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the Goods.
The refund shall take place no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned Goods.
§8 Complaints
The seller responds to the Consumer for warranty.
Complaints must be submitted to the e-mail address: reklamacje@holisti.co.uk
The complaint will be dealt with within 14 days.
§9 Personal data protection
The data controller is the Seller.
Personal data are processed for order execution and marketing activities (if the Customer agrees).

§10 Final provisions
The Terms and Conditions are available free of charge on the Shop website.
The seller reserves the right to change the Rules of Procedure.
In cases not regulated, Polish and EU law applies.
Any disputes will be dealt with by the court competent for the Vendor's premises, subject to the rights of consumers.
